Manage and control the daily Administrative team and service delivery tasks within the department across the portfolio of clients.
Monitor and manage the accurate and timely administration, reporting, production and distribution of various vehicle documentation, invoices, presentations and reports.
Monitor and manage the accurate and timely production of client contract related tasks.
Monitor and manage general administrative duties within the department such as overflow calls from other departments, processing post, filing and general housekeeping.
Continually review, remove and improve inefficiencies with systems and processes.
Manage on a daily basis the Administration Team providing them with help and assistant, reporting any staffing issues to the Head of Client Management immediately.
Monitor the performance and potential of Account Administrators and provide direction, training, coaching, mentoring and motivation.
Carry out Performance Management Reviews of direct reports within the team.
