As part of our ongoing recruitment drive, Crystal Electronics Ltd seeks to recruit Qualified electricians to work in our rapidly expanding business for Electrial and Electrical testing Contracts in the London and outside Areas. With the possibility of travelling outside of London in the future (but travelling to the head office in Earls Barton, Northampton on occasions would be necessary). The ideal applicant will have either Telecoms, Electrical, Electronic, Infrastructure or Engineering experience. Responsibilities will include: Electrical testing, Electrical installs etc in domestic and commercial premises; Carrying out all work to defined quality standards as set out by industry regulations in a timely and efficient manner; Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times; At all times portraying Crystal Electronics Ltd values and best practices to the highest level.
Dependent on level of experience successful candidates will earn £ 18,000 – £30,000 per Annum PAYE, paid monthly. Candidates will be provided with PPE and uniform and receive mandatory Health & Safety training. Candidates will initially work alongside experienced installation engineers for On the Job Training (OJT). Candidates will also be placed on a scheduled training program to enable them to gain nationally recognised qualifications. Once trained, they will then be provided with a company vehicle, mobile phone, fuel card, tools and the necessary equipment to carry out installations and maintenance. The role would require you to manage your own work station (van) and attend regular update meetings. You would also need to be eager to regularly update your training.
