Business Description
Supplier and contract set-up on live reservation system (TravelBox).
Seasonal copy/inflation of contracts based on information & estimates provided by Purchasing Managers and product/Commercial.
Input and/or checking of newly contracted rates and conditions in live reservation system.
Updating live reservation system with contract amendments and special offers as directed.
Quality control and highlighting potential issues such as missing contracts or information, high rate increases, system restrictions etc.
Building strong working relationships with department colleagues and ensuring a high standard of service is always maintained within department and across business
Ensuring company values & standard company procedures (e.g. coding/naming conventions) are adhered to at all times.
Running reports, system checks and website tests, when required and as directed by line manager. Job Requirements
