Business Description
EMEA region including Corporate Centre, Standards & Publishing comprising circa 1200 employees based in Chiswick, Milton Keynes, Homebased/field and across 9 country offices. Create and implement a best practice framework for reporting on critical HR performance metrics such as headcount, turnover, workforce planning, recruitment metrics, retirement, etc.
Proactively identify trends on a quarterly basis and provide recommendations to the HR team
Create bespoke reports and provide analysis as required
Coordinate annual pay review and bonus processes
Manage the annual benefit renewal process
First point of contact for the HR Shared Service team on any reward and benefit queries.
First point of contact of any grading and benchmarking queries from HR Operations.
Participate in compensation analysis/surveys as appropriate
Lead or support the EMEA Head of Reward on reward projects, as appropriate.
Other duties as may be deemed necessary from time to time to support the business and the team.
