Business Description
Square Robot is a robotics and industrial inspection company specializing in autonomous, on-stream inspection of aboveground storage tanks. Its SR-3 robotic platform is designed to inspect tank bottoms and shells while tanks remain in service, helping operators reduce downtime and avoid the need for confined-space entry.
The SR-3 combines autonomous navigation, high-resolution phased array ultrasonic technology, cameras, and advanced data collection to provide detailed information about tank condition, corrosion, thickness, and settlement. Square Robot provides API 653 and EEMUA 159 compliant inspection services and reporting for industries such as refining, terminals, power generation, and other facilities that depend on aboveground storage tanks.
By combining robotics, inspection expertise, and high-quality data, Square Robot helps industrial operators improve safety, reduce inspection-related disruption, and make better-informed asset integrity and maintenance decisions.
