Bali is not the same as buying at home. Foreigners cannot hold freehold land, most stock is leasehold, and the structures are unfamiliar. We explain what the lease is, what happens at the end of the term, and which documents exist for each property.
We review paperwork before presenting anything, we do not publish rental or return projections, and we tell buyers about problems with a property rather than waiting for them to discover them. Where a property is not right for someone, we say so.
