Bildrix Inc

Bildrix is AI construction takeoff and estimating software for contractors of any size bidding commercial and residential work from PDF plan sets in the United States and Canada. Upload a plan set and Bildrix counts and measures it: rooms, doors, windows and walls; electrical devices, wire runs and panel schedules; plumbing fixtures. It flags the counts it isn't sure of, so you check a few lines instead of the whole sheet. The same numbers then become a priced estimate, a proposal your client signs online, change orders when the drawings change, progress invoices and QuickBooks-ready exports. Built for estimators, electrical contractors, plumbing contractors and general contractors, in English and French. Your first takeoff is free.

Transform your construction bidding process with Bildrix, the AI-driven takeoff software that reads your plan sets and delivers accurate, bid-ready quantities. Our innovative platform flags uncertainties for your review, ensuring precision in every estimate. With seamless integration of counted items into priced bids, you can confidently present your proposals. Designed specifically for estimators, Bildrix empowers you to take control of your bids, streamline workflows, and enhance profitability. Serving both the US and Canada, our solution is tailored to meet the unique demands of the construction industry, making your bidding process faster and more reliable.
