I am a College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario member with eight years of experience in the mental health field. I began as an academic and personal mentor to struggling students through The Mentorship Network, then a career coach for Carleton University Career Services. My passion for helping others led me to pursue a Master's in Counselling and Spirituality at Saint Paul University where I was trained in both individual and couples therapy. With these experiences, I created Blissful Balance Counselling on the values of inclusion, cultural competence, and compassion.
