DubaiHostessAgency.com supplies event hostesses, hosts, promoters and brand ambassadors in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

We staff trade shows and exhibitions, conferences and summits, product launches, gala dinners, award ceremonies and retail or mall activations. Regular venues include Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo City Dubai and ADNEC in Abu Dhabi.

At exhibitions, staff welcome and qualify visitors, scan leads, demonstrate products and look after guests on the stand. At conferences, they run registration and check-in, hand out badges, direct guests to rooms and assist speakers and VIPs.

Female and male staff are available. English and Arabic speakers are standard, with Russian, French, Hindi and other languages on request. Every staff member is interviewed in person or on video, reference checked and briefed before arrival. You choose from photos and short profiles.

Shifts usually run 8 to 10 hours with a paid break. Half-day and multi-day bookings are possible, and longer exhibitions include a team leader. Dress code is agreed with you, and branded uniforms can be worn.

Book a week or two ahead for most events, or three to four weeks for teams of ten or more in exhibition season.
