Acmechem acquired Merchem Limited – another well-known Rubber chemical manufacturer in 2019. Besides adding production capacities this acquisition has helped Acmechem to expand its basket of product offerings to our customers. With combined capacity after acquisition is now 40,000 MT which will further expand in 2023-24 with addition of new product lines. Effective 1st March 2022 Acmechem Limited is demerged in to Merchem Limited which rechristened as “FINORCHEM LIMITED” with headquartered in Kolkata.
