Gateway Construction, LLC is a custom home builder and commercial construction company located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The company was established by Jim and Jason Stephen in 2001 to build high-quality homes, apartment buildings, and commercial projects throughout southeast Wyoming and northern Colorado. Now the area’s largest builder, the Gateway team encompasses 35 office and field employees who have constructed more than 500 projects.
Owner Jason Stephen is a licensed engineer who approaches and reviews every build with a level of attentiveness you won’t find anywhere else. The Gateway custom home building process focuses on precise attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship so that every new homeowner receives the best possible product. For commercial projects, Gateway believes in collaboration with all investor and management partners and strives to build the best commercial structures in the region.
