In Cameroon, our mining operations are located within the Eastern Region – four in the Betare Oya goldfield, three in the Eseka and one in Bafaka Balue, in the South West Region portion of Cameroon. In addition, we have an open-pit mine, on the Batouri License Area as well as several surface treatment operations. Our Eseka mine ceased production in the first half of FY21. In FY21, IMP’s operations achieved a 31% increase in gold production to 10.6 Tons, compared to the previous year’s production of 7.2 Tons, largely due to the contributions of acquisition made during the year. The underground recovered grade increased by 1% to 5.51g/t.
