Ground Up Rehab is built around firm, targeted hands-on care. Treatment may include deep tissue work, sustained pressure and elbow work, Graston/instrument-assisted therapy, cupping, joint mobilization, Shockwave Therapy, Class IV Laser, and progressive rehab exercise.
This is not light soft tissue work or a quick, cookie-cutter session. We work thoroughly into tight, restricted, painful, and stubborn areas, then use movement and loading to help restore function.
We work with back pain, neck pain, shoulder and rotator cuff issues, hip pain, knee pain, arthritis, sports injuries, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, sciatica, and other muscle and joint problems.
