Holistic Life Services uses an integration of Mind-Body interventions to meet the need of the individuals that are receiving services. Some of our services include Health and Wellness Coaching, Functional Nutrition, various forms of Mediation (including Movement meditation), Guided Imagery along with traditional forms of counseling such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, REBT, Behavioral Activation, Psycho-Education and much more through face to face and telehealth video sessions.

After HLS receives authorization, the client will receive an intake packet to complete prior to the first visit. On the first visit, serviced individuals can expect to complete a biopsychosocial under the direction of the therapist. This process helps to assess the needs of the individual.
