I booked a cleaning service for my apartment. I was having some important guests over later that day and I wanted to make a good impression. I left Rita over at my place while I went to do some shopping and pick up a friend from the airport. I came back to a clean house. She did everything in less than 5 hours. My living room looked great ( I asked for extra attention there). Unfortunately, while cleaning Rita broke a framed picture and a glass. She apologised many times for it and cleaned up. I was a bit disappointed but she did such a great job in cleaning my house that I could not really be mad. The company paid for the damage and apologised as well. The customer service is great, as well as the quality of cleaning. After all, it is what I am paying for and even though the cleaner could have been more careful, I am very pleased with the service.
