As providers of the MaxMedical range of international health insurance products for individuals/families, SMEs and groups in the United Arab Emirates, we provide quotations for those prospective clients who seek worldwide or comprehensive insurance coverage. We process their application upon their submission of the completed application forms signifying their confirmation to the terms and conditions of the contract. For new clients/insured members, we prepare and issue their policy insurance certificate along with their membership card/s, applicable table of benefits and policy handbook. We also provide personalized customer service to our existing clients/insured members in relation to their policy and claims inquiries.
