We run apartments end to end on behalf of individual owners in JVC, MBR City / Meydan, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and other Dubai districts: DET holiday home licence and compliance, dynamic pricing, distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com and other platforms, 24/7 guest care, hotel-grade housekeeping, maintenance coordination and a monthly owner report with payout on the 5th.

The founder, Hillal Medini, has more than 10 years in hotel management, and the team is in-house, never subcontracted. Fees are public: a 17% management fee (excluding 5% VAT), cleaning separate. No onboarding fee, 30-day penalty-free exit.
