Our roots stem from the corporate world and thus we understand the struggles of present day men and women from an insider’s perspective. We know the challenges that arise due to a sedentary lifestyle; competitive deadlines; demanding environments and long working hours.

We also understand the workings of the human body and mind and how it can cause restlessness, therefore causing stress and anxiety; impacting on one’s overall wellbeing.

We work with the best interest in bringing well being to an individual. We teach yoga in a traditional way with true spirit to unite the Mind and Body.
