Since 1973, Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has been providing sub acute rehabilitation as well as basic nursing care. Based in Louisville, Ky., the center treats a range of palliative, orthopedic, neurological, respiratory and cardiovascular diseases. It also renders speech, physical and occupational therapies. Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center offers sub acute care for tube feeding as well as pain, diabetic and wound care management. In addition, the center renders X-ray, electrocardiography (EKG), laboratory and cardiovascular testing services. Parkway is licensed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky and by the State Department for Human Resources. We provide both subacute rehabilitation as well as skilled and basic nursing care. The facility is also certified to participate in Kentucky Medicaid, federal Medicare programs and also accept private insurance and Parkway Rehab & Nursing Center is locally owned and operated., a distinction for which we are extremely pleased.
