A proud Malayali and Kerala advocate based in Dubai, Benoy has been practicing law since 2002. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Kerala, he has appeared before the High Courts of Kerala, Chennai, and Bangalore. In 2007, he relocated to Dubai, obtaining a Legal Consultancy license from the Dubai Government Legal Affairs Department. He is authorized to practice at DIFC Courts and DIAC. Since 2011, Benoy has been serving as a Legal Counsellor for the Indian Workers Resource Centre (IWRC) under the Indian Embassy. In 2015, he established BENS International Law Associates, an international law firm headquartered in Cochin, Kerala. Benoy is a member of the Kerala High Court Advocates’ Association, the India International ADR Association, and the International Bar Association.
