Rio Adventures is a tour operator based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, dedicated to outstanding service and top-quality tours that showcase the best of the city. We began with tours in Tijuca Forest National Park in Land Rover Defenders and have grown into one of the most traditional adventure tour companies in Rio, managed by locals who understand what travelers need.
Our tours fall into three groups. Adventure tours and sports cover land, water, and air, including hang gliding, paragliding, white water rafting, scuba diving, and hikes up Pedra da Gávea and Corcovado. Sightseeing tours cover Rio's landmarks and neighborhoods, including Sugar Loaf, Corcovado, and Santa Teresa. Side trips take you to nearby destinations such as Ilha Grande, Búzios, and Petrópolis, and we also offer tours to other destinations in Brazil and South America.
