Founded by Rishikesh-born Yogi Kamal Negi Ji in 2016, our mission is to deliver authentic, ancient yogic and Ayurvedic knowledge without the rush of commercial tourism.

We are an internationally certified yoga school registered with Yoga Alliance, USA. We proudly offer residential 100-hour, 200-hour, 300-hour, and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Courses (YTTC), alongside rejuvenating yoga and meditation retreats. Our comprehensive curriculum seamlessly blends traditional Hatha, Ashtanga-Vinyasa flow, pranayama, alignment, yoga philosophy, anatomy, and holistic Ayurveda.
