International Holistic Guidance & Research Centre (IHGRC) International Holistic Guidance & Research Centre (IHGRC), Psycho-social skill development centre approved by Ministry of social affairs which addresses physical, psychological, social, intellectual, cultural and educational aspects through multidisciplinary intrusion approach for the holistic development of the children. Our services aim to maximize each child’s potentialsthrough individualized, goal-oriented and mostly developmentally sequenced program to deliver child-focused psycho-social skills fortification based on ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) principles. What kinds of cases are handled? Problems with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyper activity Disorder), Developmental delays, Learning Disabilities (Slow Learners), Speech & language problems, Mental retardation, ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) etc. In addition we deal with different behavioral problems such as low self-esteem, anger management, anxiety, discipline issues, fighting and bullying, personality disorder, stress, social skills deficiencies etc Multidisciplinary team Members Our Multidisciplinary intervention team comprised of Mental Health Counselor, Psychologist, Special Educator, Skill Development Trainer, Art Teacher, Yoga Therapist and Physical Educator. How the programs are implemented? Based on appropriate clinical assessments from the relevant medical practioner from medical centre with concluded diagnosis (As per DSM-IV classification) the individualized and familial assessments are conducted at our centre. On the basis of proposed reports the multidisciplinary IEP (Individualized Education Plan) are prepared and implemented according to the projected schedule. The intervention plans are purely on the basis of his/her problems and will address the core issues with applied behavioral analysis (ABA), experimentally derived principles of behavior to improve psychological and social significant behavior.
