For making the cancellation, the passenger needs to retrieve the itinerary.
The itinerary can be retrieved by entering the ticket reference number and the name of the passenger.
Once the ticket is accessible, the passenger can cancel the ticket by clicking the option of the Cancel ticket.
The full fare of the ticket will be refunded excluding the credit card fees and any other additional service purchased while booking the ticket.
