Thrive Wellbeing Centre opened its Dubai Sports City clinic to give families in Sports City, Motor City, Arabian Ranches and Jumeirah Village Circle easier access to professional, evidence-based mental health care. Thrive was founded by Dr. Sarah Rasmi and has served the Dubai community for nearly ten years. Our team of internationally trained, licensed clinicians works with people at every stage of life. We see children from age three, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Clients come to us for support with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, eating difficulties, relationship challenges and the pressures of expat life. We also provide psychological and educational assessments for children and adults who need clear answers and a plan forward. Therapy is offered in more than 15 languages, including English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu and Malayalam, so you can speak in the language that feels most natural to you and your family. Sessions run in person at our clinic in The Bridge, Office 802, Al Hebiah Fourth, or online from home.
