Furthermore, we are offering remote Marketing agency service which focuses on targeting and realizing the objective of the firms' vision. Furthermore remote Guest relation service offering virtual guest satisfaction for internal such as when the guest has already c/in all complaints / wish to handle by communicating to the necessary departments and external by answering all comments or requests that the potential guests have written online on any portals such as Holiday check , google business , booking.com etc...
And lastly we are supporting these services with software system offering wide range of services such as hotel program ( PMS ) , restaurant program ( POS) , accounting program , SPA, Online check in and many more over cloud based system which allows you to connect from anywhere anytime all around the world where you have an internet access.
This will simplify the company to reduce the cost and the risk of having a server for maintenance and energy cost.
Overall , our target is to provide an effective Hotel/Restaurant operation my minimizing the risk of laborship and operative cost and maximizing the effectiveness and revenue of the company.
