Business Description
Window repair and replacement around Cary, NC is shaped by trees, because so much of the town backs onto greenways and wooded lots. Trees bring two kinds of call. Limbs and storm debris crack panes, and the fix is a new insulated unit set into the same sash at 50 to 65 percent under replacement. Shade keeps sills damp, and where that wood has gone soft the decayed length is cut out and rebuilt in new wood, at 60 to 70 percent under a new window. Hardware worn by years of use is replaced at 85 to 95 percent under the price of a new unit. A whole new window is quoted only where the frame itself has failed. For home window repair on a wooded lot, that usually means one or two openings need attention rather than the whole house, and our window repair service puts a price on every opening so the owner decides the order.
