Job Description B.com, experience of 5 to 10 yrs, Knowledge of debtors management / bank reconciliation and able to draw trial balance, experience of VAT/CST assessment and inventory management in customized accounting software and capable to handle branch independently. • Minimum 8-10 years experience required • Should be responsible for taking care of the Chandigarh Branch and its premises • Should be responsible for the lease & records of Branch • Great ability to follow up and coordinate with the field staff • Should be responsible for the storage & warehousing of the product • Should have ability to act responsibly on the fluent transportation of the goods to the market and to the customers • Should have excellent knowledge of sales tax and their assessment • Must have good sense of responsibility to take accountability for arranging the samples to the field staff • Should be responsible for the taking interviews and screening bio datas of the field staff • Most importantly, be successful in helping Sales Department conclude orders • Develop standard ways of working and endeavor to standardize more efficient ways of working, resulting in quicker turnaround of Proposals.
