The service will first distribute TV shows and movies produced by Disney+ Studios or licenced to Disney+ as Prime Originals or Exclusives and material from third-party providers, content add-ons, live sporting events, and a movie rental and buying service. In the United States, the programme was first introduced on September 7, 2006, as DISNEY+ Unbox.
