I completed my General Pediatric and Pediatric neurology training in the UK. I graduated from Karnataka University in India and pursued my postgraduate training in Pediatrics from Rajiv Gandhi University of health sciences in Karnataka, India. I moved to the UK and completed 10 years of comprehensive training in Pediatric Neurology, General Pediatrics and Neonatology as a resident and as a senior registrar in various hospitals in the United Kingdom. I was successful in acquiring the National Grid training post in Pediatric Neurology in the UK and my training in Pediatric neurology included assignments as a senior registrar in three major tertiary University hospitals. These included, Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital, University Hospitals of Leicester and the Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham. I was awarded CCT (Completion of certified training) in Pediatrics and Pediatric Neurology by the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health in 2012.
