We currently have an opportunity in our repairs team for an electrician who has City & Guilds 2391 test & inspect certificate. Alongside electrical testing with remedial repairs, your duties will include carrying out safety and other checks to properties and providing advice and guidance to new and existing tenants to on installations and systems. Ideally, as well as your recognised electric qualification you will also have experience and knowledge in a range of other maintenance tasks. You will be able to fault find and accurately diagnose and repair work, deliver a high standard of customer care to our residents and be able to work well as part of a team.
