3.) Multi-Member LLC | and Other Partnership:
Professional fee: $155 per hour. With your first 4 months DISCOUNT, $125 per hour.
4.) Corporation:
”C” or ”S” corporation; nonprofit 501(c) organization. Professional fee $165 per hour. With your first 4 months DISCOUNT, $130 per hour.
5.) Trust and Estate [from inheritance]: Professional fee $175 per hour.

6.) Prior-Year and Amended Tax Returns:

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: Tax returns and payment due dates for the IRS and CA Franchise Tax Board have been extended until OCTOBER 16, 2023.
Other tax returns can be filed now to maintain good standing.
Six-month extensions are valid if filed by April 18, 2023.
