About Gourmet 11
Gourmet 11 is a project two years in the making. Four brothers had a vision of creating gourmet food at a price that was accessible to the masses.
Tim Jay, An American chef of 25 years, was hired to spearhead operations and culinary development. Shortly after, Executive Chef Parimi Shreeram (The Taj Five Star Luxury Hotel in Mumbai) was brought on board to lead and direct the kitchen.
Together they hand selected some of the best cooks in Dubai to work the kitchen.
The kitchen team is made up of seven different nationalities. The crew members have worked in four and five star hotel properties, catering companies, and large chain restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory.
