Try Connecting Printer with a Cable

Try using a cable connection if the Canon is not already connected to your network. Take the connection cable with you. You have incorrectly configured the wireless connection if the printer is operating on a wired network. Use the Canon printer after setting up a fresh wireless connection.

Reset the Canon Printer

Incorrect printer settings may cause connection issues. You must be able to "Connect Canon MG3620 Printer to Wi-Fi" in order to correct the issue. All configurations will be restored if you perform a Canon factory reset.

Go to your Canon printer setup tab
Use the arrow button and select Device settings
Go to Reset settings and tap on Reset All

When you press the OK button; your Canon printer will reset with the factory settings. Now configure your Canon printer to the network again and take the printouts.
