Search the First House Before the Interrogation

Start in the kitchen. Speak to the wife before questioning her husband; she'll join him in the living room. Check the large cupboard, then the smaller one beside it for the Baekseolgi-Tteok recipe. It gives you the code, 214. Next, open the bathroom cabinet to collect the MP3 player. In the first room on the right, use the code on the red box in the closet. Inside are Note From Your Friend and heart medicine. Finish this house in the second room on the left, where a cabinet holds a Western novel.

Use the Clues and Move Next Door

With those items collected, return to the living room and question the husband. Present the MP3 player, heart medicine and novel to press him about what he knows. When the dialogue gives you the option, demand that he reveal the defector's location. He'll point you toward the vacant house next door. Search as you move through it, but don't spend time looking for notes or contraband there; the route described here places none in that house. In the bathroom, the defector attacks, and your squad captures him. Continue once the team has taken him outside.

Find the Last Notes in the Third House

In the third house, check the bedroom closet as soon as you enter. Note From Your Neighbor is inside. Then head to the kitchen, switch off the steaming pot and look near the window for a spare key. Use it to open the floor hatch to the cellar. A civilian woman is hiding below. Choose calm dialogue prompts to persuade her to come out safely. Once she's clear of the cellar, look into the hatch and read Note From Mom. That completes the four-note trail.

Confirm Your Evidence Before Finishing

Keep an eye on your evidence count before leaving the mission. The achievement calls for four contraband items, while this route names the MP3 player, heart medicine and novel. If your count hasn't reached four, take another look around before heading to the conclusion. The second house has no listed pickups, so focus on the first and third houses.
