Business Description
Founded in 2007, Sawaeed Investment, a strategic unit under Sawaeed Holding, aims for investment excellence with no constraints. Initially conceived to offer quality living space for lower-income households in Abu Dhabi, we built Sawaeed Residential City, a labour camp in Abu Dhabi's Al Mafraq area, with an initial AED 200 million investment. Our vision includes expanding our residential facilities nationwide to support the government's goals.
