I would like to share my studio apartment in discovery garden with preferebly an Indian if not a Philipino lady. We will be 3 sharing the studio apartment and hence I expect some one who is enough friendly and understandable. Apartment is neat and arranged well with enough items needed. Smoking, drinking not allowed nor pets.
Apartment is in street 8 near Discovery pavillion for grocery or small shoppings and bus stop for easy transport. 5 mins in bus or taxi to ibn battuta metro station aswell. Unlike some buildings ours have a 24 hr security service and entrance is locked, entry using access card.
You will get a single bed and matress with a wardrobe, and a bed side drawer. Also allowed to cook any cuisine which does not disturb others in apartment. I am working from Sun-Thur, and will be mostly home on off days and evenings and like a peaceful atmosphere.
We need to keep the place neat and I expect your support in the same.
Rent will be AED 1700 including Apartment payment+DEWA+wifi+chillar+cooking gas connection. No extra charges will be requested for in any other need comes up for apartment like maintenance or purchase of any item needed for apartment.
