We offer personal training and coaching in an hour long session. Your training package includes a specialized program based on your goals, body type, what the trainer feels you need, and what you do for work. Your trainer will begin to send you assignments to do outside of your scheduled workouts after your 3rd session. We use an app to assign you workouts outside of your scheduled sessions. You will have access to this platform for 12 weeks from the time you receive your 1st assignment. After 12 weeks the platform will be available for active clients for $9 a month. These workouts are assigned to active clients. We strive to help you understand what you are doing and why. Our goal is to help you you look and feel good, so we train for both aesthetics and performance. We work with clients of all fitness levels.
