Duratia 30 mg (dapoxetine) more noticeable, particularly if you are already prone to dizziness or low blood pressure. It may be more relevant when: You have vomiting, diarrhea, heavy sweating, or inadequate fluid intake. You feel lightheaded, weak, dizzy, or faint after taking the medicine. You combine dehydration with alcohol, which can further increase dizziness and fainting risk. You are exercising heavily or spending prolonged time in hot weather. Dapoxetine can cause dizziness and orthostatic hypotension (a blood-pressure drop when standing). Dehydration may worsen these effects. If you become severely dizzy or feel faint, sit or lie down and seek medical advice if symptoms are significant or persistent. Also, take Duratia 30 mg only as prescribed and with sufficient water.
